What is network camera?
A network camera (also called IP camera) can be described as a camera and computer combined in one unit. It captures and transmits live images directly over an IP network, enabling authorized users to locally or remotely view, store, and manage video over standard IP-based network infrastructure.
The technology within the Tenvis network camera enables it to detect motion and automatically send an E-mail alert to the owner notifying them that motion has been detected, with an attached image of the scene.
Tenvis has now made remote monitoring easier and more affordable than ever before.

Where can you use network camera?
The Tenvis network camera's size and design enables users to keep an eye on virtually anything by simply logging on to the internet and viewing through a standard Internet browser.
Examples of where the network camera can be used are:
- Within your home while you are away on holiday or at work
- At your office to ensure that everything is safe and secure
- At your leisure grounds so customers can see your facilities for themselves
- In nurseries to give parents and staff peace of mind that children are safe
