How to access your camera remotely

If there isn’t a CD in your package and you want to access your IP camera remotely. You will get help from here.

If you want to view the camera from Internet (or 3g network or other location’s wifi), you should do 2 settings below:
1.Port forwarding:
You can try UPNP ( Automatic port forwarding) first, enable it in the camera:

And if it does not work, you can do it manually,. You could find help in the user manual of the router, or find some 3rd part manual to help you, such as : http://www.pcwintech.com/port-forwarding-guides

2.DDNS setting:
You can set DDNS setting like this:

DDNS service: 9299.org or Tenvis.org
Update URL: http://www.tenvis.org/upgengxin.asp
DDNSMode: 1
DDNSUser: Please PM me
DDNSPassword: PleasePM me
DDNSDomain: tenvis.org
And you can login the camera by this URL:

http://username.tenvis.org:81

81is the port of the camera.
Then you could access your camera via your PC remotely.

If you want to view image via your phone. Please comepletethe following steps:
1> Download the app from here: http://apps.tenvis.com
(1). Andriod phone
2>Run it and fill in the information as the picturebelow:

The default username is : admin
The default password is: <N/A>
(2). iPhone
2>Run it and fill in the information as the picture below:

The default username is : admin
The default password is: <N/A>
After that you could access your camera via your phone remotely.
