One Key Set Is Not Working? Set IP Manually.

1 Connect your camera to your router but now your PC.

2 Make sure the first 3 parts of the IP address is the same with the computer. And the last part is different from computer and gateway . Make sure the gateway and DNS is the same with the computer.

If you can not find the IP, gateway and DNS of the computer, please view the below to find them. 

a. Click on Start, and then click on Control Panel. The Control Panel window displays.

By the way, the above is in Large icons view. If your screen looks different, change by selecting Large icons from the View by drop-down menu in the top right hand corner.

b. Double-click on Network and Sharing Center.

A window similar to the one shown below opens:

c. FInd the connection connected to Internet and click the link.

d.Click Details

 

e display the Network Connection Details window which is similar to the one shown below. 

So the gateway is 192.168.2.2. Dns is 192.168.2.2.
