Why I can Find the Wireless but could not Connect It?
1. Please make sure the camera is not far away from the router and about 8 meters around without barrier. 

2. Our camera does not support 802.11n wireless protocol. So if your router works in these 2 modes (802.11n or 802.11b/g/n mixed), it might be the problem. 

3. This camera does not support 12 and 13 channel. Please change the wireless channel from 1 to 11.
4. Please disconnect the power supply from the camera after the camera rebooted, and then power on again.

 

Tips: There was a BUG in 1.0.0.34 version of IP Camera Wizard which is the installation software from the CD in the package. If your wireless encryotion is WEP, the wireless connection can not be set successfully via IP Camera Wizard. For the latest version of IP Camera Wizard, you can download it from the below webpage.
